Exploring Orlando: A Four Day Adventure

Welcome to Choose to Explore!

If you’re looking for ways to see the world and save money, you’ve come to the right place. In this article, we’ll be taking you through our four day trip to Orlando, Florida. From visiting Disney to kayaking with Get Up and Go Kayaking, we’ve got some great tips and insights on how to make your Orlando trip unforgettable. So, let’s get started.

Day One: Disney and Hilton Orlando

We kick off our trip with a visit to Disney’s Epcot. Waking up early to beat the heat and the long lines, we head straight for the rides and the delicious food. Epcot is known for its fun rides, great food, and the new Guardians of the Galaxy ride, which we couldn’t wait to try. We also have a full video on how to make your trip to Disney more efficient and affordable.

After a long day in Epcot, we head back to the Hilton Orlando, where we’re staying for a timeshare presentation with Hilton. Thanks to our status with Hilton and the presentation offer, we were able to book a beautiful room for just $167 for five nights. So, if you’re looking for a way to save money on accommodations, consider attending a timeshare presentation.

Day Two: Kelly Rock Springs

We start day two with a visit to Kelly Rock Springs, which is about 40 minutes away from our hotel. To avoid the crowds, we arrived early before they reached capacity and were able to get in. This is a great family activity, with an affordable entrance fee of just five dollars per car if you have your own tubes. With crystal clear waters, we spent over 30 minutes floating down the lazy river, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife.

Day Three: Lake Eola Park and David’s Burgers and Bourbon

Next up, we visit Lake Eola Park, which is known for its beautiful swan boats. Unfortunately, we missed the opportunity to ride them due to rainy weather, but we still enjoyed seeing the many swans and the Walt Disney Amphitheater.

We then head back to the Hilton Orlando for dinner at David’s Burgers and Bourbon. Thanks to our Hilton credit card’s $250 resort credit, we’re able to enjoy a great meal without breaking the bank.

Day Four: Kayaking with Get Up and Go Kayaking and Old Town Fun Spot

On our final day, we visit Rainbow Springs for kayaking with Get Up and Go Kayaking. This tour offers clear bottom kayaks, which allowed us to see the underwater wildlife, fossils, and more. The company also contributes their profits to preserving the environment and wildlife, making it a great way to support a good cause while enjoying a beautiful kayaking experience.

We end our trip at Old Town Fun Spot, where we enjoy a range of rides and activities, including the roller coaster, ninja challenge, and the slingshot. With unlimited activities for 20 minutes, making it an unforgettable experience.
